• Coordinate service activities, preventative maintenance, repairs and commissioning.
• Mentor technicians and ensure safety and high service standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of approximately 13 HVAC service technicians.
• Help coordinate service activities, preventative maintenance, repairs and commissioning work.
• Support technicians with technical challenges, customer issues and day-to-day operational decisions.
• Promote high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.
• Ensure service activities are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations.
• Encourage accurate service reporting and maintenance documentation.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate workloads and resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and processes.
• Build a positive team environment with accountability and collaboration.
