Job summary

Candii is seeking a HVAC Service Estimator to join our national estimating team in Australia. Reporting to the National Estimator, you will prepare maintenance proposals, support tenders, liaise with service teams and review scopes and pricing.

You’ll thrive on meeting deadlines, interpreting specifications, and developing your estimating and commercial skills through mentoring and diverse projects across commercial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing tenders, bids, proposals or submission documentation.
• OR experience within HVAC, mechanical services, estimating.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret scopes, specifications and commercial documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Keen interest in developing estimating, pricing and commercial skills.
• Located North of the River; Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC maintenance proposals and contract renewals.
• Support commercial tenders and pricing submissions.
• Liaise with service teams, managers and subcontractors.
• Review scopes, pricing schedules and project documents.
• Coordinate deadlines and submission requirements.
