Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or building services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical plant, upgrades, retrofits, and asset lifecycle.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify customer value.
• CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop HVAC retrofit, asset replacement, and mechanical upgrade opportunities in Sydney.
• Engage customers to understand operational, financial, and sustainability challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, service and operations teams on tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with building owners, facilities managers, consultants, contractors, and property professionals.
• Guide opportunities from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, award and handover.
