Qualifications

• Proven ability to build executive-level proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of HVAC retrofit opportunities in Sydney.
• Develop tailored mechanical upgrade solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract award and handover.
• Present business cases and executive-level proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams.
