5+ years of experience within HVAC or building services.
Strong knowledge of mechanical plant, upgrades, retrofits, and asset lifecycle planning.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to identify customer value.
Confidence presenting solutions and influencing decision-makers.
Proactive, self-driven approach and desire to win new business.
CRM experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop HVAC retrofit, asset replacement, and mechanical upgrade opportunities across the Sydney market.
Engage customers to understand operational, financial, and sustainability challenges.
Work alongside engineering, estimating, service, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions.
Build relationships with building owners, facilities managers, consultants, contractors, and property professionals.
Guide opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and project handover.
Influence project specifications and position Johnson Controls as the partner of choice.
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver against growth targets.
Provide market insights and identify emerging customer needs and trends.
