WTS Mechanical Projects in Gnangara, WA, is seeking an experienced HVAC&R Service Manager to lead our service division. This full-time, office-based role focuses on supervising technicians, coordinating maintenance, and delivering high-quality service for large-scale HVAC&R projects in Perth and the Southwest.

You will drive safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction, manage scheduling, parts, and costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as HVAC&R technician with supervisory or management role.
Experience Operating Simpro.
Strong knowledge of HVAC&R systems, installation, maintenance and repair.
Trade qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership with technical teams.
Strong customer service and professional client management.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic business administration.
Sound health and safety knowledge relevant to HVAC&R.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise HVAC&R technicians, including recruitment, training and scheduling.
Plan and schedule service calls, maintenance, DLP and emergency repairs.
Ensure work meets industry standards, codes and regulations.
Monitor service quality and investigate customer complaints with corrective actions.
Manage inventory, stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare work schedules, quotations and job estimates for customers.
Liaise with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
