Job summary

D&E Air Conditioning is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive strong commercial results on large-scale projects.

You will manage procurement, programme delivery, and stakeholder coordination, while fostering a collaborative, safety-first culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HVAC, mechanical services or commercial construction projects.
• Ability to lead and coordinate project teams in a collaborative manner.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle delivery of HVAC/mechanical services projects.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular operational and financial updates.
• Support a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
