Job summary

D&E Air Conditioning, a leading mechanical services contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver HVAC and mechanical services projects from planning through to completion. You will manage project performance, coordinate stakeholders, oversee procurement and programme delivery, and drive commercial outcomes on large-scale projects.

Candidates bring experience in HVAC/mechanical services or commercial construction, strong leadership, and a tertiary qualification in Mechanical

Qualifications

• Manage projects up to $10m in value and preferably have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor.
• Proven experience delivering HVAC, mechanical services, or commercial construction projects.
• Ability to lead and coordinate project teams in a collaborative manner.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and programme management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractors, and resources.
• Manage project performance, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and value for money.
