Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HVAC product management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, business, or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC markets and product specifications.
• Proven ability to analyse market data, competition, product performance, and pricing opportunities.
• Business management skills with strong technical awareness.
• Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier networks.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC product line strategies and roadmaps for Australia and New Zealand.
• Drive market expansion, profitability, and portfolio growth opportunities.
• Lead new product introductions, launches, and cost-out initiatives.
• Conduct market research, analyse competition, and track customer and market trends.
• Build product roadmaps, monitor performance, and present strategic updates.
• Support pricing strategy and margin optimisation across assigned products.
• Provide sales training, product positioning, and market support to commercial teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and suppliers to meet business objectives.
