Job summary

Precise Air Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Construction team to oversee HVAC construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety and quality. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate engineers, site teams and subcontractors, manage client relationships and deliver projects in a fast-paced national environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Thorough understanding of HVAC systems.
• Experience managing budgets for medium to large projects.
• Current White Card.
• Current driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, objectives, schedules and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, collections and financial performance.
• Coordinate engineers, site teams, contractors and other resources.
• Manage subcontractor performance and project delivery to meet contractual obligations.
