Job summary

CoolAutomation in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive management and integration solutions for the NSW market. This customer-facing role blends technical HVAC/BMS knowledge with strategic account development.

You’ll leverage established relationships with HVAC contractors, consultants and partners to open doors, present CoolAutomation product capabilities, and guide projects from specification through implementation.

Qualifications

• Established relationships with HVAC players in Sydney/NSW.
• Proven experience in HVAC, BMS/building automation, controls, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of VRF/VRV systems and BMS connectivity.
• Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus.
• Ability to engage both technical and commercial decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Expand CoolAutomation’s presence across NSW with HVAC contractors and partners.
• Identify opportunities, build relationships and open doors, provide technical guidance.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations; support projects from spec through implementation.
• Help customers select CoolAutomation solutions meeting their needs.
