Job summary

Elmo in Melbourne seeks an HVAC Audit Technician to join our team. You will travel to sites across the Melbourne area to perform asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments on HVAC and BMS systems, collecting key data and auditing assets with advanced tools.

You will convey findings to stakeholders to support strategic asset management, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, refurbishments and new business.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification: Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Hands-on experience with repairs and maintenance on HVAC/BMS assets in commercial settings.
• Able to work in a team or autonomously.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Intermediate computer skills to use internal programs and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities
