Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Melbourne, Victoria, invites an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our GWS team at the Tullamarine base. You will perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, build strong client relationships, and coordinate service delivery to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has HVAC industry experience, OH&S knowledge, and holds relevant licenses, with a focus on safety, reporting, and staying current with technology in a global real estate leader.

• Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualification.
