Grosvenor Engineering Group in Melbourne is seeking an HVAC Audit Technician to join our team. You will travel to sites within the Melbourne area to conduct asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments, collecting key HVAC and BMS information and auditing assets with advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification: Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Hands on experience with repairs, emergencies and maintenance on HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes.
• Intermediate computer skills to use internal programs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites within the Melbourne area to conduct site asset life cycle, condition, risk and replacement assessments.
• Collect key asset information across HVAC and BMS services.
• Audit individual assets using advanced technology.
• Convey collected audit data and key findings to stakeholders for asset management.

What will you be doing?

• Travelling to sites within the Melbournearea to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments

• Auditing individual assetsusing advanced technology
• Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset management
• Developing relationshipsand partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business

What will you need to join the team?

• Trade Qualification– Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
• Hands on experiencewith repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
• Ability to work within a team or autonomously
• Awesome communications skills– the ability to build excellent client relationships
• Proven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomes
• Intermediate computer skillsto use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
