Precise Air Group is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our Victoria-based team across the region. You will service maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and upgrades for a range of national clients, delivering high-quality workmanship on-site.

Qualifications

• HVAC Technician qualification required.
• Dual trade (HVAC/Electrical) desired.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence is required/licence.
• Current driver’s license is necessary.
• White Card and clear background checks required.
• Strong communication and professional presentation are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with safety focus.

About the Role

Due to recent contract wins and continued growth, we're looking for skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team across Victoria and surrounding areas.

You’ll work with a range of national clients, delivering high-quality service across maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and upgrades. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, expand your knowledge, and be part of a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Bring

• Qualified HVAC Technician
• Dual trade (HVAC/Electrical) -desirable
• Experience working with commercial HVAC systems
• ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Current driver's licence
• White Card, National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and professional presentation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude
