Job summary

CBRE in Melbourne is seeking a HVAC Service Technician based at Tullamarine to maintain and repair a range of HVAC systems for diverse clients.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate daily tasks, and prepare service reports while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have HVAC trade qualifications and licenses, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade qualification and refrigerant handling license.
• White card and electrical license as required by role.
• Restricted Electrical Workers D License and plumbing registration are desirable.
• Plumbing commission registration is required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to safety standards.
