Carrier Australia is seeking a motivated Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our team. You will learn from experienced HVAC technicians, combining on-the-job training with formal TAFE studies, gaining exposure to installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC systems.

You will develop your skills through hands-on experience while working at customer sites and building a long-term career in the industry.

Qualifications

• No extensive industry experience required; the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Genuinely interested in building a career in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Willing to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Learn fault-finding and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Attend TAFE and complete apprenticeship training and assessments.
• Support installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Develop practical skills through hands-on experience on customer sites.
