Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in restaurant supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
• A friendly, positive approach and a genuine interest in developing others.
• Good food and wine knowledge.
• The ability to stay organised and calm during busy services.
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
• A flexible approach to working across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Brighton-Le-Sands. If you enjoy being on the floor, helping a team succeed and making sure guests have a great experience, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
