Job summary

Hurricane's Grill in Brighton-Le-Sands, Sydney NSW, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to help run service and support the FOH team on busy shifts. If you enjoy leading people and delivering memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll coordinate the floor during service, mentor staff, oversee inductions and training, maintain high standards of presentation and guest care, handle guest requests, and contribute to a smooth,

Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience in restaurant supervision.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
A friendly, positive approach and a genuine interest in developing others.
Good food and wine knowledge.
The ability to stay organised and calm during busy services.
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
A flexible approach to working across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the FOH team during service and leading by example.
Helping team members deliver friendly, efficient and welcoming service.
Assisting with staff induction, onboarding and ongoing training.
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
Responding to guest requests and helping resolve any concerns.
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
