Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive guest-obsessed service and empower your team to perform at their best, in both service and production areas.

You will coach and develop staff, execute promotions, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike. This role offers training and clear career pathways within our growing network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
