Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Melbourne is seeking a Restaurant Leadership Team member to drive guest-centric service and operations. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and focuses on leading a team, delivering promotions, and maintaining safe, high-energy store environments.

You will champion Guest Obsessed and People Power values, develop staff through coaching and mentoring, and participate in merchandising and stock control while supporting career progression within our network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
