Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive guest focus and performance in service and production areas, leading a team to meet guest expectations.

You will develop staff, execute promotions, merchandise the store, manage stock, and uphold a safe, welcoming environment for all guests and colleagues. This role offers opportunities for growth within our expanding network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
