Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager and driving guest-obsessed service on the shop floor and in production areas.

You will lead a team, execute promotions, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure a safe, high-energy environment while developing internal talent and supporting career pathways across our network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests.
