Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia, located at Ayers Rock Resort, seeks a Human Resources Manager to partner with operational leaders and provide end-to-end people support on-site. The role focuses on leadership capability, engagement, and business performance across a fast-paced tourism operation.

The role can be tailored to experience, offering a strong development pathway within the HR team and opportunities to influence across hospitality, accommodation and guest services.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience including employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence coaching and influencing leaders at all levels.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to people challenges.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, accommodation or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
• Resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner closely with operational leaders and provide end-to-end people support across designated client groups. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you'll build leadership capability, support employee engagement and help drive business performance across a diverse and fast-paced operation. The role can be tailored to suit the successful candidate's experience, providing a strong development pathway within our team. Whether you're an established Manager or an Advisor looking to grow, you'll enjoy building trusted relationships and delivering practical people solutions across a complex operational environment.
