Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a General Manager, Retail & Commercial Partnerships to lead a diverse portfolio of retail operations and resort-wide commercial partnerships. About the Role

As General Manager, Retail & Commercial Partnerships, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of retail operations while overseeing resort-wide commercial partnerships, tour operator agreements and property lease arrangements.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll balance commercial performance, customer experience, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence. Working across multiple businesses and partner organisations, you'll identify opportunities for growth, strengthen commercial relationships and help drive the long-term success of Ayers Rock Resort.
