Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across the Outback Hotel & Lodge, Contractors Village, Campground, Coach Campground and Residents Club. This live-on role focuses on operational excellence, commercial performance and exceptional guest experiences across a diverse zone.

You will balance guest, resident and business outcomes while developing future leaders in a highly visible leadership position.

About The Role

As General Manager, Zone 3, you'll lead operations across the Outback Hotel & Lodge, Contractors Village, Campground, Coach Campground and Residents Club, overseeing a unique mix of accommodation, food and beverage, campground and village operations. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance and exceptional guest and resident experiences across the zone

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, develop future leaders and oversee a diverse portfolio of businesses. You'll balance commercial outcomes, team engagement and guest satisfaction while helping shape the ongoing success of Zone 3.
