Job summary

HumanKapital Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support clients through complex people matters. This hands-on role involves interpreting awards, guiding workplaces through investigations and advising senior leaders.

You will work with business owners across client portfolios, provide practical IR advice, manage grievances, and prepare clear recommendations while maintaining sound judgement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can interpret an award, conduct a workplace investigation and confidently guide a business through a difficult employment matter.

About The Role

Working closely with business owners and leaders across a varied client portfolio, you will:

• Provide practical advice on employee and industrial relations matters

About You

You have solid experience managing complex employment matters and can explain your advice clearly, including the risks and practical options available.

You’ll Bring

• Strong employee and industrial relations experience
• A thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and making evidence-based findings
• Confidence advising business owners and senior leaders
• Strong writing skills, sound judgement and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of matters through to completion
