Job summary

Jigsaw Australia seeks an experienced leader to manage local social enterprise operations and hub programs, bridging person-centred support with business acumen to expand impact and drive commercial performance.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee the Jigsaw Academy and ensure high-quality Employment Pathway Plans, leading a multi-disciplinary team across operations, facilities, and WHS, with a strong focus on NDIS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading medium-to-large teams with measurable outcomes.
• 3+ years in disability or allied health with NDIS experience.
• Strong commercial and operational mindset balancing viability with person-centred values.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with families, partners, and government bodies.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Jigsaw Hub operations and Academy program delivery.
• Lead local community outreach and intake pipelines.
• Drive net margins and hub capacity optimization.
• Ensure WHS compliance and incident management.
