Job summary

Fighting Chance Australia in Sydney is seeking a senior operations leader to manage local social enterprise activities and customer relationships within our Jigsaw hub. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain hub capacity, and uphold WHS standards while driving positive margins and participant outcomes.

You will oversee the Jigsaw Academy and Employment Pathways, lead a multidisciplinary team, and develop strategic partnerships with NDIA networks, employers, and community

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading medium-to-large teams with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in disability, allied health, teaching, or related field.
• Understanding of NDIS framework, funding models, and practice standards.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance outcomes with person-centred values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local social enterprise operations and ensure positive net margins.
• Lead the Jigsaw Academy and Employment Pathway execution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with NDIA networks, employers, and partners.
• Inspire and retain a multidisciplinary team while ensuring WHS compliance.
