Job summary

Aspire Hub is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports across our NDIS services in Queensland.

You will report to the State Operations Manager, supervise House Leaders and Lifestyle Assistants, manage rosters, budgets and compliance, and drive safe, meaningful outcomes for Participants.

This role blends operational leadership with stakeholder engagement and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health or equivalent.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Satisfactory police check and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support House Leaders and Lifestyle Assistants, including supervision and development.
• Oversee daily Participant supports to ensure person-centred, safe and responsive service delivery.
• Manage rostering, service agreements and Participant funding within budget and SCHADS rules.
• Maintain documentation, incident management and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
• Support implementation of individual support plans and complex care needs.
• Engage with Participants, families and health professionals to build partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service quality.
• Lead incident and emergency management including after-hours on-call roster.
