Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Melbourne seeks an experienced HSR to work directly with the Site Manager on major Victoria builds. You will lead safety on site, conduct inductions, SWMS reviews and safety walks to ensure high standards of delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Cert IV in WHS, a proven HSR/OHS labourer background on EBA sites and a track record on $40m+ projects. A proactive, reliable attitude and Hammertech familiarity are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in WHS highly desirable.
• Proven track record as a HSR/OHS Labourer.
• Background in safety on EBA sites.
• Experience on $40m+ builds.
• Focus on construction quality and customer service.
• Trustworthy and able to uphold company standards without micromanagement.
• Hammertech familiarity preferred.
• Honesty, integrity and positive attitude.
