Job summary

Trajecta Talent is seeking a Safety Systems Administrator to own the data, documents and reporting that keep the HSE management system accurate across SA, NSW and VIC. You will report directly to the National HSE Manager and collaborate on what changes are needed.

The role focuses on Skytrust and OneDrive platforms, collecting and interpreting safety data from projects, producing monthly reports, updating procedures, and tracking WHS legislation changes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or administering a safety management system, ideally in construction or civil
• Strong data and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, incident systems)
• Skytrust experience is a plus
• Cert IV WHS or similar
• A polished, proactive approach: you raise issues before you're asked

Responsibilities

• Collect, check and interpret safety data from projects across SA, NSW and VIC

• Track changes to WHS legislation and standards, and flag what Leed needs to update

This company is a civil contractor founded in 2001, with 350+ people across SA, NSW and VIC. It delivers water, wastewater, dams, environmental works and roads.

The role

This is a pure safety systems role, reporting directly to the National HSE Manager. You will own the data, documents and reporting that keep the HSE management system accurate, and work with the National HSE Manager on what needs to change.

The systems are Skytrust and OneDrive.
