ISS is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor / HSEQ Lead to promote a strong safety culture and drive excellence in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality at Carrapateena, a remote mining operation in South Australia. This is a FIFO role from Adelaide on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster.

You will implement, maintain and continuously improve the HSE Management System, provide on-site guidance, and support teams to safely deliver high-quality services in a demanding environment.

Formación

• Certificate IV in WHS or higher qualification is required.
• Experience in WHS/HSE within resources, mining, construction or facilities management.
• Lead I-CAM Investigator certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote ISS and client HSE policies and statutory obligations.
• Lead implementation, auditing and improvement of HSE Management System and site plans.
• Provide visible, hands-on safety leadership across the site.
• Lead risk management, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly HSE reports and KPIs.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments.
