Job summary

Zeal Personnel seeks an HSEQ Advisor for FIFO work from Perth across Goldfields. On offer are either a 2:1 or 8:6 roster with ongoing contracts or casual engagements.

You will collaborate with the Safety and Management teams to ensure project compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements, conduct toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and maintain audit-ready records. Essential qualifications include a WHS Diploma or Cert IV, current First Aid/CPR, Construction White Card, and a

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in WHS is essential.
• Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable.
• Current First Aid and CPR is essential.
• Lead Auditor is desirable.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Working Safely at Heights is required.
• A trades background is advantageous.
• Clear concise communication and daily reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Work with Safety and Management to ensure project compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Conduct Prestart and Toolbox meetings.
• Investigate safety incidents and report findings to management.
• Maintain records for audits, inspections, training and customer interactions.
• Ensure documents meet industry standards.
