Rio Tinto partners with Chandler Macleod to recruit an experienced HSE Advisor for the Greater Nammuldi operation. This 3‑month FIFO from Perth assignment offers a safety‑first culture and supportive teams in a world‑class mining setting.

Reporting to the HSE Superintendent, you will compile and analyse H&S data, manage systems and documentation, and coach leaders to enhance safety interactions across the site. A strong background in Enablon and MS Office is essential.

Formación

• Minimum two years' HSE experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Certificate IV in WHS is required.
• Experience using safety management systems, especially Enablon.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and field safety coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and analyse H&S data to support reporting and metrics.
• Manage H&S systems, records, and compliance.
• Utilise Enablon and MS Office for reporting and data collation.
• Coach leaders to improve safety interactions and field leadership.
• Provide administrative and operational H&S support within a lean team.
