Job summary

Emeco is seeking an experienced HSET Advisor to join our team at Prominent Hill, SA. You will work with site leadership to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Training Management Systems are effective and compliant with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and deliver HSET training, support system improvements, and lead incident investigations with site management to close out actions within agreed timeframes. FIFO roster and on-site accommodations are provided.

Qualifications

• High level knowledge and experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Training (HSET).
• In-depth knowledge of current legislative requirements and ability to apply them in the workplace.
• Previous mining/resource industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing implementation and compliance of safety and training management systems (HSET).
• Develop and deliver HSET training programs for workforce and management.
• Lead incident investigations with site management to determine root causes and corrective actions.
