Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an HSEQ Performance Analyst to turn data into meaningful insights that enhance health, safety, environment and quality across the organisation. You will transform complex HSEQ data into actionable dashboards, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, reporting and performance measurement, including dashboards and insights.
• Strong data analysis capability with advanced Excel and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience using Power BI to develop reporting, visualisations and performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver powerful data insights and reporting, transforming HSEQ data into dashboards and performance measures.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement across HSEQ systems, reporting and governance processes.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide trusted insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives to improve HSEQ performance.
