Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an HSEQ Performance Analyst to turn data into meaningful insights that improve safety, performance and business outcomes across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will partner with leaders to provide evidence-based recommendations that support informed decisions, strengthen governance and enhance data

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Business, HSEQ or related discipline.
Experience in analytics, reporting and performance measurement, including dashboards, metrics and insights.
Strong data analysis capability with advanced Excel and ability to interpret complex data.
Experience using Power BI to develop reporting, visualisations and performance insights.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated project management, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver analytics, dashboards and performance measures to support strategic decisions.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities to strengthen organisational performance.
Drive continuous improvement across HSEQ systems and reporting frameworks.
Partner with operational leaders and stakeholders, providing trusted insights and recommendations.
Lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives to improve HSEQ performance.
