Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an HSEQ Performance Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that enhance safety, performance and business outcomes. You will partner with leaders to transform complex data, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement across HSEQ systems.

You’ll develop dashboards and performance measures using Power BI, Excel and SQL, supporting informed decision-making and governance across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, HSEQ, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience in analytics, reporting and performance measurement including dashboards and insights.
• Strong data analysis capability with advanced Excel and the ability to interpret data into recommendations.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting, visualisations and insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building to influence decisions.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data insights and reporting through analytics, dashboards and performance measures for strategic decisions.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide proactive recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement across HSEQ systems, data quality and governance.
• Partner with operational leaders, providing trusted performance insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives to improve HSEQ performance and compliance.
