Job summary

Reporting to the HSEQ and Operations Manager, you will maintain HSEQ compliance documentation, assist with inductions and subcontractor onboarding, and monitor NHVAS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, preferably in civil construction or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project and subcontractor compliance documentation.
• Assist with HSEQ compliance, reporting, and site inductions.
• Assist with NHVAS requirements including audit SOPs and permits.
• Assist with load compliance forms and fleet registrations renewals.
• Support weekly and monthly client reporting.
