Rimex Wheel in Mackay, QLD is seeking an organised HSEQ Administrator to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday roster. You will maintain records, update documentation, and support compliance, audits and reporting across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.

Ideal candidates have solid admin experience, strong accuracy, and proficiency with Word, Excel and databases. You will work with the HSEQ team to drive continuous improvement in a busy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role within HSEQ or a related industrial environment is preferred.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping; ability to manage multiple documents and databases.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; comfort with electronic document systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSEQ function.
• Maintain and update HSEQ documentation, policies, procedures, registers and records.
• Assist with internal and external audits and prepare coordination materials.
• Monitor training records, licences and compliance documentation.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain information within HSEQ management systems and databases.
• Coordinate safety meetings, inspections and HSEQ initiatives.
• Assist with HSEQ reports and performance data.
• Follow up outstanding compliance actions with relevant personnel.
• Provide general admin assistance to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
