Job summary

Haynes People seeks a detail-oriented HSS Administration professional to support our client’s Health, Safety and Environment framework from Stapylton, QLD. You will manage reporting, documentation, and contractor compliance in a compliance-driven environment.

This temp-to-perm role offers hands-on experience, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative HSE setting. You’ll join a professional team committed to safety, data integrity, and timely incident management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE, compliance, administration, or coordination roles preferred.
• Sound understanding of HSE systems, documentation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain HSE reporting systems, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and timely safety data.
• Prepare and manage compliance documentation to meet legislative, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Administer contractor compliance, verifying licences, qualifications, inductions, and insurances.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain HSE databases, records, and document control systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Provide administrative support for safety meetings, training, inspections, and compliance activities.
