Job summary

Mendi Constructions in Townsville is seeking a proactive HSEQ Administrator to support compliance, documentation, and reporting across multiple projects. Reporting to the HSEQ and Operations Manager, you will maintain HSEQ compliance documentation, assist with inductions and subcontractor onboarding, and monitor NHVAS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project and subcontractor compliance documentation.
• Assist with HSEQ compliance, reporting, and site inductions.
• Assist with NHVAS requirements including audit SOPs and permits.
• Assist with load compliance forms and fleet registrations renewals.
• Support weekly and monthly client reporting.

Job description

We are seeking a positive and motivated individual for the role of HSEQ Administrator to support compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements across multiple projects. This role is essential in ensuring compliance to our HSEQ and NHVAS standards while assisting with various administrative tasks.

About the Role

Reporting to the HSEQ and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining HSEQ compliance documentation, supporting inductions, subcontractor on-boarding and monitoring NHVAS requirements. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project and subcontractor compliance documentation.
• Assist with HSEQ compliance, reporting, and site inductions.
• Assist with compliance with HSE legislation, company standards, and NHVAS requirements.
• Assist with Excess Mass and B-Double permit and fleet registration renewals.
• Ensure NHVAS compliance, including completion of load compliance forms and checklists.
• Assist with NHVAS audit requirements, including SOPs and permits.
• Assist with weekly and monthly client reporting.

Skills & Experience
