Job summary

Perth Airport is seeking a skilled HSEH Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of the HSEH Management System across WHS, Environment and Heritage. You will work with business units, contractors and end users to embed fit-for-purpose processes that support compliance and informed decision-making.

You will bring deep knowledge of integrated management systems, strong document control and a collaborative communication style to translate complex requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in integrated management systems and HSEH compliance.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISBN 14001.
• Strong document control and technical writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of WHS legislation and environmental/heritage obligations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continual improvement of the HSEH Integrated Management System.
• Ensure IMS aligns with Quality and Operations Safety Management Systems.
• Manage documentation, registers and controlled document processes.
• Support administration of platforms such as SAI360 and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with business units and contractors to embed IMS tools and training.
• Use audits and reporting to monitor performance and identify risks.
• Provide guidance and communication to build engagement and safety culture.
