Job summary

Perth Airport is seeking an HSEH Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation and improvement of the HSEH Management System across WHS, Environment and Heritage. The role partners with business units, contractors and end users to embed practical IMS tools, training materials and documentation.

You will guide system governance, assurance and reporting, translating requirements into clear processes that support compliance and continuous improvement in a complex airport environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in relevant roles in a complex, regulated environment.
• Developed/implemented Integrated Management Systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Broad knowledge of risk assessment, audits, assurance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continual improvement of the HSEH Integrated Management System.
• Ensure IMS aligns with Quality and Operations Safety Management Systems.
• Manage HSEH documentation, registers and controlled document processes.
• Support HSEH platforms like SAI360 and SharePoint with reliability and reporting.
