Job summary

Endeavour Energy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Systems Manager to lead the HSE systems and reporting framework on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive governance, data integrity and continuous improvement across the organisation, partnering with Technology to deliver system enhancements and AI-enabled improvements.

This role requires strong SAP EHS expertise, governance experience and the ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Health & Safety, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• Significant experience managing HSE systems, reporting and improvement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in SAP EHS or comparable enterprise HSE systems.
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Engagement: build relationships with Health & Safety, Operations, Technology and corporate stakeholders; identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes; act as primary contact between Health & Safety and Technology teams; foster alignment on priorities.
• Systems, Data & Reporting: provide expert technical advice for SAP EHS; lead improvements to HSE systems; ensure data governance and quality; oversee HSE reporting and executive-level insights; support audit programs.
