Job summary

Cimic Group, in partnership with Thiess, invites applications for a Health, Safety and Training Administrator at the Eva Copper Mine Project in the Cloncurry region of Queensland. The role requires delivering high-quality HSET administration to support safe, efficient mining operations on a 5/2 4/3 roster.

You will report to the Manager, Health Safety & Training, providing admin support, data management, onboarding coordination and monthly reporting to drive operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health, Safety and Training administration within resources, construction or similar industries is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the on-site HSET team.
• Manage and raise department purchase orders and process invoices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety schemes and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain data in incident management systems and prepare monthly reports.
• Support the HSET Manager with day-to-day activities and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as required by the HSET Manager.
