Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a proactive HSE professional to drive health, safety and environmental excellence across the organisation. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance and lead training to raise awareness.

You will also monitor safety performance, investigate incidents, manage records, support ISO14001 and ISO45001, and lead emergency responses to minimise impacts while promoting a strong safety culture. This role is based in Perth, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across sites.
• Lead training to raise health and safety awareness.
• Monitor safety performance and manage records.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
