Job summary

Webuild is delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project in East Arm, Port of Darwin, as part of a large EPC team. The HSE Advisor will analyze safety performance data, maintain HSSE reporting systems and support incident management to drive continuous improvement.

You will work with the HSE Manager and project leadership to ensure compliance and accurate records, contributing to a safe, compliant environment on one of Australia’s largest marine infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, HSE, compliance or analyst roles within construction or infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret data and produce dashboards and metrics.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse HSSE performance data and maintain dashboards and registers.
• Prepare HSSE reports, trend analysis and metrics for stakeholders.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and action tracking.
