Job summary

Webuild in Australia is delivering a major marine infrastructure project and seeks an HSE Advisor to support the Health, Safety and Environment function with data analysis, reporting and compliance activities.

You will work with the HSE Manager and project teams to maintain HSSE systems, produce dashboards, and drive continuous improvement across the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project in the East Arm precinct. Experience in safety analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety/HSE/compliance/analyst or admin roles within construction or industrial settings.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; familiarity with HSE systems.
• Excellent organisation with multi-priority management and accuracy.
• Desirable Certificate IV in WHS or related qualification; strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse HSSE performance data and maintain reports, dashboards and registers.
• Prepare HSSE reports, trends and metrics for stakeholders.
• Support incident reporting and investigations with data & action tracking.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and assurance activities with documentation.
• Maintain HSSE management systems and training records.
• Provide admin and analytical support to the HSSE team for improvements.
• Coordinate distribution and control of HSSE procedures and docs.
• Work with project teams to ensure HSSE data accuracy and compliance.
